The Fell General

So I'm playing with this idea of an army of evil horses (I cant have just one!) and I'm not really sure about the whole background for the story but, er, something to do with Mordor and um, spikes, and evil things, so that will be exciting. I pictured the general most vividly in my mind, but when I tried to draw him like a normal looking horse he just didn't look scary. So I've fallen back to my own ways. This was just a rough sketch spruced up in Photoshop, so I'm planning to do many more finished pieces based on this one.
